Our Mission
Preschool is a big step in the life of a child. At 82nd Street Academics, we provide a safe and positive learning environment for children 2+ years old. As a non-profit educational institution, our mission is to help students take "early steps to college" and ensure all students regardless of home language have access to quality higher education.
World Traveler's Classroom
This full day classroom is open to children ages 2 and 3. Take a classroom trip with us to France, Spain, and China! Each quarter, children will be exposed to one of the three different languages through songs, stories, games, hands on learning, and cultural foods and dress. This is a great class to join that stimulates your child’s language development and appreciation for other cultures.
Studio Classroom
This full day classroom is also blended to welcome children ages 2 and 3. Our studio classroom exposes children to different types of art, music, and dance! Each quarter, children will be immersed in one of these art forms as they learn more about the world around them. This is a great class to join that stimulates your child’s creativity, musical abilities, and their body awareness.
